Microsoft Hyper-V

System requirements are Windows Server 2008 R2 or Windows Server 2008 with Hyper-V as an installable server role, and installed Powershell.
Since a PowerShell script is used to start virtual machines, their names shouldn't contain quotation marks.

It is recommended to configure MAC addresses to be static:
